About The Role

Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Regional Head, this role acts as the operational backbone for the Overseas Long-Haul Region (Europe, Americas, ANZ, MEA) . You will orchestrate the integration of Business, Marketing, and Site Operations to drive efficiency and empower commercial teams. This position requires a data-driven leader who can thrive in a high-pressure, fast-growing environment while ensuring the rigorous execution of regional strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated Operations Management Holistic Oversight: Lead and integrate the management of Business, Marketing, and Site Operations across diverse long-haul markets. Ensure seamless synergy between functional modules. Strategy Execution: Translate high-level regional strategies into actionable operational plans, ensuring alignment between HQ directives and local market execution. 2. Data-Driven Performance Monitoring KPI & OKR Management: Possess high data sensitivity. Establish, track, and rigorously monitor regional KPIs and OKRs . Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Deliver regular, insight-driven performance reports to the Regional Head to support decision-making. 3. Commercial Enablement & Efficiency Workflow Optimization: Analyze and streamline operational SOPs to remove bottlenecks, significantly improving the efficiency and output of Business Development (BD) teams. Resource Support: Provide operational tools, policy interpretation, and resource allocation to empower frontline BDs, directly contributing to regional revenue growth. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the region and HQ functions (Product, Service, Finance, etc.), ensuring efficient cross-departmental communication. Project Delivery: Manage regional projects with a result-oriented mindset, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and within scope. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5+years of experience in the travel industry; prior experience in OTA operations is highly preferred. Global Background: Must have overseas work experience or international study background, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics. Internal Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Group (Ctrip) internal processes, systems, and organizational logic is mandatory. Resilience & Adaptability: Strong stress tolerance. Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment. Competencies: Strong logic in data analysis, result-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills. Language: Proficiency in Mandarin at a professional level; Professional fluency in English.
