About The Role
基本信息 Location: Shanghai Report to: Kyah Song 职位描述 Culture Program and Activity Management - Apply company cultural concepts (mission, vision, values, leadership competencies, employer brand) across all cultural initiatives and communications. - Support group-level recognition programs (Trip Group Award, HEAT, IBU Project) and independently run department-level programs (CSC Best Project, G2 Rewards), identifying and celebrating benchmark cases and individuals. - Plan and execute company and department-level cultural events: Customer Service Festival, Annual Party, Company Anniversary, Site Anniversary, Holiday Celebrations, Townhalls, Management Meetings, Leadership Team Building, Culture Points Programs. - Manage internal culture platforms (HR Subscription, Oasis), cultural walls, and content production (graphics, video, cultural merchandise); drive cultural adoption through emotionally resonant content. Admin Management - Maintain Shanghai site office environment (workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, facilities), manage administrative procurement and visitor reception, and oversee fixed assets (PCs, laptops, administrative facilities) including remote worker support. - Plan seating layouts, lead office transformation projects (design, budget, execution), coordinate meeting room resource systems and IT support. - Build and maintain SOPs for routine administrative services, digitize workflows, and conduct regular reviews to identify process optimization or innovation projects. - Handle emergency response (network outages, power failures, renovation disruptions), coordinate temporary relocations, and collaborate with Group Administration to monitor supplier quality. General Management - Identify and optimize existing administrative and cultural workflows, with a primary focus on improving overall work efficiency. - Translate business needs into actionable cultural solutions; develop detailed project plans and timelines for specific cultural initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. - Develop annual work plans for assigned culture and admin modules, including actionable solutions and budget plans. - Coordinate cross-functional and cross-level resources; draft executive speeches and design interactive sessions for CEO/executives, providing coaching when needed. - Plan relevant budget and manage the expenses. 任职资格 - Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university. - Minimum 5 years of experience in admin or office management role with corporate culture activity or employee engagement. Prior experience in the internet or large-scale enterprises or global corporations preferred. - Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to work in a full English environment and handle cross-cultural communication.
