About The Role

Job Duties: • Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results. • Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support for their professional development. Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management, ensuring sufficient funding for business operations and optimizing working capital efficiency • Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial data. • Liaise with external auditors, coordinating the audit process and ensuring all audit requirements and deadlines are met. • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, providing input and analysis to support management decision-making. • Monitor and stay informed on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the organization remains in compliance. • Streamline and automate financial reporting processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required, including mergers and acquisitions, financial system implementations, and process improvement efforts. Requirement: • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred. • A minimum of 4 years in big 4 with progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing, preferably if familiar with IFRS 15. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GAAP, IFRS, SEC). • Proficiency in Oracle, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Proficient in oral and written English • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting processes. • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
