Associate Manager/Manager, Investment Operations

Responsibilities: Responsible for performing HK & US securities settlement Handle subscription, redemption and monitor various fund operation issues. Reconcile and monitor the settlement process on VA trading. Perform reconciliations between front office and back-office system to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness Understand key business requirements that impact operation and work with internal teams to ensure business demands are met. Partner with various departments to streamline processes and continuously optimize the operational activities. Monitor and ensure the operations in compliance with internal guideline and regulatory requirements Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure the reliability of securities business Participate in system development projects include UAT, system modification and other ad-hoc projects Perform ad hoc duties as required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related discipline with 3-5 years relevant experience in brokerage firms, banking or financial industry Well-versed in CCASS and other settlement systems Good knowledge on rules & regulations of SFC and Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong sense of responsibility. Able to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge in PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word & Chinese Word Processing Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
