Working Student – Business Operations (Accounting and Finance)

Your mission

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance? We’re looking for a Working Student to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with key tasks like accounting, financial reporting, payroll, etc

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting and Finance

• Assist with accounting and invoicing
• Assist with financial reporting
• Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Assist with Payroll related tasks
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, amendments, or reference letters
• Your profile
• You are currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Excel

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Fluent in English and in German

• Familiarity with Personio or other HRIS tools and DATEV is a plus
• Interest in startups and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
