About The Role

Teaching: Teach and guide students in theoretical and clinical practice courses within assigned program. Mentor students to support their academic success and professional growth. Create and maintain a positive, nursing values–driven learning environment. Evaluate student performance and contribute to ongoing curriculum development. Engage in program planning and assessment through faculty governance and continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and clinical partners to strengthen academic-practice relationships. Ensure compliance with program, college, and clinical site policies. Scholarship: Maintain clinical proficiency through direct or indirect practice. Develop academic excellence through practice-relevant inquiry and knowledge dissemination via publications and presentations. Contribute to grant efforts supporting student education and training. Service: Engage with faculty, the administrative leadership team, and students in furthering the mission and goals of the College of Nursing. Participate in special projects and faculty governance activities, as needed. Experienced with online teaching methodologies. There may be additional duties assigned as they relate to this position.
