About The Role
Prepare for and perform predetermined experiments under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) (or their delegate) to meet the objectives of the research project. Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, analyses, and results. Perform administrative and laboratory maintenance duties such as bookkeeping, ordering supplies, preparing solutions, and waste disposal. Report experiment progress to Principal Investigator. Complete data-sharing tasks and other activities for the dissemination of results under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (or their delegate). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledgeable of biological and chemical safety. Knowledgeable of animal care and use procedures. Knowledgeable of basic female reproductive physiology. Skilled in cell and tissue culture protocols. Skilled in conducting viability and hormone assays. Skilled in image acquisition and analysis. Skilled in animal handling. Skilled in data processing, visualization, and statistical analysis. Ability to work independently and with others at various career levels. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to have a high degree of accountability, determination and curiosity.
