Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: PCivil Engineering/Architect | Asset Management Analyst - Algarve Main tasks and responsibilities Analyse and oversee architectural and speciality projects across all phases, identifying opportunities for improvement Present alternative solutions that enhance project performance and deliver measurable results Support the organisation of tenders related to project activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards Manage licensing processes, ensuring full legal compliance Create presentations for investors and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and objectives Assist in the preparation of insightful performance reports, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making Ensure the procurement and validation of essential services Foster strong and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting clear communication and teamwork Actively engage in the management of all project stages, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and responsiveness to urgent matters Role Requirements University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture 0–2 years of professional experience Autonomous, proactive, with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions Fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese Local and Schedule Vilamoura
