About The Role
Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €2.1bn of assets under management in funds, SICs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors. In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. Further information available at and Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Project Manager The candidate’s specific role will work across all aspects of the investment, which may include: Participate, oversee and drive the execution of key projects (RE development and other initiatives) for the success of the investment; Participate in and drive the management of the assets, across a wide array of areas (development, legal, marketing, commercial, financial, etc), in coordination with in-house teams, 3rd party service providers and external partners; Participate and oversee the preparation of investor reports and board memorandums to assist in management decisions and strategic reviews; Ensure that the responsible parties keep financial information up to date so it can be used as a management tool, including budget execution, business plan updates and treasury forecasts; Coordinate and mentor analysts engaged in the same projects; This is a Lisbon-based hybrid role (2 to 3 days per week in the office are expected), occasional trips to Lagos may be necessary. Profile Undergraduate and/or master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred, candidates with other qualifications but relevant experience in real estate development may be considered; 4+ years of experience in real estate development asset management or similar fields, with responsibility for the timely, on budget and on quality execution of a business plan; Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Strong analytical skills and critical thinking (especially regarding data, assumptions and strategy); Fluent in English and Portuguese; Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking; A high degree of attention to detail and a will to constantly learn and evolve; Collaborative and open attitude, contributing to a positive culture; High sense of responsibility, project ownership and ambition to grow into a holistic real estate investment and asset manager.
