About The Role
Position: Senior Manager Revenue Operations Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help build and scale the operating model of a newly established global business unit. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will lead a team of analysts and serve as a strategic partner to commercial leaders. You will establish reporting, KPI, governance, and business intelligence frameworks while driving data quality and consistency across the organization. Combining operational excellence with data-driven insights, you will enable business performance and support strategic decision-making. What you will be doing at ARROW: Partner with senior business leaders to deliver KPIs, performance insights, and strategic recommendations that support growth, planning, and execution Lead the development and delivery of business intelligence, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, strengthen data quality and governance, and enhance reporting capabilities Establish and manage the operating cadence for reporting, analytics, and team priorities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs Collaborate with suppliers to optimize the operational processes that drive and measure business performance Lead the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance reviews Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations function Who are we looking for? Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 7 years+ of relevant experience with 3 years+ of management experience Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management capabilities Strategic thinking with the ability to leverage analytics and performance metrics to drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations Extensive experience with business intelligence, data analytics, reporting tools, and enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP platforms Strong understanding of the operational processes that drive business performance, reporting, and data integrity Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment #LI-YB1 Location: FR-Courbevoie, France (Rue du Général Audran) Time Type: Full time Job Category: Business Support
