Your future role at a glance Location: Round Rock, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Williamson Department/Specialty: Pharmacy Schedule: Rotating Shifts | PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Ensure optimal patient safety by reviewing medication orders, identifying drug-related risks, and recommending evidence-based solutions and formulary alternatives. Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams, providing expert drug information and counseling to facilitate integrated patient care and improve health outcomes. Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, overseeing the preparation and maintenance of medications to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards. Prepare and dispense patient-specific medications with precision to guarantee accurate and timely care delivery. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
