Location: Milwaukee, WI Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversees clinical activities andquality across the organization. Leads and implements the clinical direction for the organization. Oversees the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care. Collaborates, develops, and leads the implementation of operational plans. Develops and implements strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs. Oversees residency program(s) and maintains a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program. #Le@der What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Work Experience: 10 years of experience required. 15 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
