Cultivate executive partnerships with Chief Nursing Officers and hospital leadership to ensure deep collaboration, open communication, and shared success. Drive operational accountability by leveraging clinical data and direct observations to implement strategies that consistently meet and maintain high-performance benchmarks. Champion change management by guiding teams through operational transitions, communicating the organization's vision, and maintaining strong budget stewardship. Advance professional development by aligning local market operations with national educational priorities, empowering clinical associates to deliver exceptional patient care. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Required Credential(s): • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. • Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date. What additional requirements you'll need NPD Certification. 50% travel to Jacksonville, FL (at least once per month).
