Your future role at a glance Location: Boonville, IN Facility: Ascension St. Vincent Warrick Department/Speciality: Warrick EMS Schedule: Full time | Kelly schedule, 24 hour shifts How you'll make an impact in this role Lead life-saving interventions by providing advanced life support and critical care to stabilize patients during high-pressure transport environments. Collaborate with medical experts and physicians to execute rapid-response treatment plans, ensuring seamless care transitions from the field to the facility. Advocate for patients and families by providing clear, compassionate education regarding their care and recovery during stressful medical events. Uphold rigorous safety standards by managing and inspecting critical transport equipment, ensuring the absolute safety of your team and those in your care. Drive clinical excellence through meticulous documentation of the patient’s journey, ensuring every detail of their treatment is captured for a high-quality continuum of care. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Drivers License credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
