Security Manager

Your future role at a glance Location: Milwaukee & Mequon, WI Facility: Columbia St. Mary's Department: Security Schedule: Full-time / Days How you'll make an impact in this role Manage the daily operations of the security department & assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function. Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and policies/procedures. Monitor and follows up on customer complaints and investigations. Manage and coaches staff. Directs, prioritizes and makes daily adjustments to shift assignments and security deployment as necessary. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following are preferred: BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles. Law Enforcement. Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc. Security Professional Education: High School diploma equivalency, or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Prior leadership experience in security or law enforcement management preferred. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field <preferred.Associates> or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility to meet operational needs. Serves as the 24/7 on-call manager for Security Services, providing leadership, operational oversight, and emergency response support outside of regular business hours.
