Foundation Development Manager

Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX Facility: Twenty Six Doors Office Building Department/Specialty: Foundations Schedule: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm How you'll make an impact in this role Lead strategic fundraising initiatives by developing and executing annual giving campaigns that increase philanthropic support and achieve annual revenue goals. Collaborate with Foundation leadership, hospital executives, physicians, volunteers, and board members to strengthen donor relationships and advance healthcare fundraising priorities. Develop and implement donor engagement, stewardship, and recognition strategies that grow major gifts, annual giving participation, and long-term philanthropic support. Oversee signature fundraising events, third-party fundraising programs, and capital giving initiatives to maximize community engagement and sustainable fundraising results. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing fundraising team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals. Manage fundraising budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies that improve operational effectiveness, donor engagement, and philanthropic growth. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
