About The Role
Your future role at a glance Location: Panama City, FL Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Department: Materials Management Schedule: Days | Full-time | Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. How you'll make an impact in this role Optimize supply availability by proactively coordinating logistics to ensure the right clinical products and non-stock supplies are in the right place at the right time. Manage specialized inventory lifecycles by accurately placing orders, decrementing used stock, and processing returns for specialized and non-stock items. Partner with clinical leadership by regularly engaging with nurses and nurse managers to address supply chain concerns, solve inventory challenges, and maintain smooth department operations. Drive vendor accountability by monitoring vendor adherence to contract terms, payment practices, and regularly scheduled inventory reviews to protect hospital resources. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
