Your future role at a glance Location: Remote Department: HR Shared Services and Operations Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, 10am - 2pm EST, Monday - Friday Salary range: $28.72 - $40.03 per hour #HRJob #LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role Lead day-to-day activities of the Leave of Absence (LOA) team, monitoring and reviewing work/progress to ensure adherence to established deadlines. Communicate with associates to clarify the policy, eligibility criteria, and other program elements, providing exceptional customer service to ensure achievement of Service Level Agreement objectives. Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner. Support change management for program and plan improvements and make recommendations that lead to enhanced plan delivery. Review and resolve escalated issues, serve as subject matter expert and mentor staff. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need Strong eye for detail with a proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.
