Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, Texas Facility: Ascension Seton Cove Department: Real Estate Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week How you'll make an impact in this role Oversee daily MOB operations, vendor performance, and specialized healthcare maintenance to ensure full regulatory compliance and facility safety. Build strong relationships with healthcare tenants, resolve operational issues promptly to prevent patient care disruptions, and assist with leasing activities. Process daily accounts payable/receivable, monitor operating expenses, and contribute to annual budgeting, variance tracking, and contract renewals. Proactively identify property issues, coordinate effective vendor solutions, and ensure consistent, high-standard real estate service delivery. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Preference to individuals with property management in healthcare setting - hospitals, medical office buildings.
