Senior Fullstack Engineer with Security Focus (F/M/X)

About the role

As our next Senior Full Stack Engineer with a Security Focus (F/M/X), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing web frontend and backend applications, as well as APIs for top brands. Work in an AI-first development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to ship faster without compromising on quality.

Actively participate in and take ownership throughout the entire development process

Lead software architecture and system decisions in collaboration with the team

Participate in strategic technology decisions

Work closely with designers, project managers, and QA engineers

Support junior developers and share your technical know-how with the team

Minimum monthly gross salary: €4,000 (paid 14 times per year, based on a 38.5-hour work week, no all-in contract). However, we always ensure to offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience.

Your profile

Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) and a clear sense of when to lean on them and when not to

Comfortable working agentically — breaking down problems, orchestrating AI tools across the stack, and reviewing AI output with a critical eye

Several years of relevant experience in frontend, backend, and API development, along with an educational background in related fields

Motivation and passion for learning new technologies and honing your skills

Enthusiasm for user experience and a detail-oriented, quality-focused work style

Understanding of and hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and/or Kubernetes

Strong knowledge of software architecture, database schema design, automated testing, and REST APIs

In-depth experience using a modern frontend framework (such as Angular, React, or Vue.js) and a modern backend framework

Excellent command of either TypeScript, Node.js, or .NET, as well as proficiency in SQL and NoSQL

Comfortable communicating in both German and English
