About The Role
- 1、负责单抗，双抗或其它蛋白质药物的纯化工艺开发，运用各种层析技术进行蛋白纯化。 2、熟悉各种填料，膜包的性能，能够运用DOE方法进行工艺开发和优化
- 3、负责项目下游工艺开发和优化，工艺放大，工艺表征。
- 4、能同时承担多个项目，并能对工作优先级分级处理，完成疑难情况的处理。
- 1、有较强的工作责任心和团队合作能力，性格开朗，为人诚实。
- 6、 任职资格
- 2、 学历与专业：硕士及以上学历，生物类、药学类、基础医学类。
- 3、工作经验要求：优秀的24届生可以优先考虑
