About The Role
- Lead the technology transfer from R&D process to GMP manufacturing（主导研发至GMP生产的技术转移）
- Coordinate cross-functional/process handover (R&D → production)（协调跨部门/工艺交接，确保流程无缝衔接）
- Resolve transfer-related technical issues for compliance（解决转移中的技术问题，保障合规性）
- Ensure process/data consistency between development phases（确保各阶段工艺与数据一致性）
- At least a master degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields; 2+ years of biologics technology transfer experience (R&D to GMP).
- 硕士及以上生物工程、生物技术、制药工程或相关专业；2年以上生物制品研发至GMP生产的技术转移经验。
