About The Role

Develop conjugation (cysteine/lysine/enzymatic) for ADCs; optimize parameters (kinetics, stoichiometry) for DAR/purity/stability;
Develop purification (CEX, AEX, HIC, AC) for crude ADC;
Scale-up conjugation (bench to 100L+); prepare tech transfer docs.
Support CMC on formulation, analytics & IND/BLA.
PhD in Biochemistry/Chemical Biology 1 yr ADC experience, or 3 yrs ADC conjugation development.
Conjugation & Purification with ≥2 methods (e.g., cysteine, THIOMAB™, enzyme) & ≥2 purification (e.g., TFF, CEX, HIC)
Process Development with cGMP/ICH scale-up experience (DOE/QbD)
