About The Role
- Lead and contribute to the CMC development of antibody and protein-based drug conjugates from the pre-IND stage through to BLA-enabling activities.
- Cell line development, cell culture process development, downstream purification, or drug product development.
- PhD (2+ yrs) or MS (5+ yrs) in relevant field.
- Industrial CMC experience in biotherapeutics (cell line, cell culture, purification, formulation, or drug product) preferred.
- Late-stage CMC experience preferred，English fluency a plus.
