About The Role

  • Lead analytical team, manage projects, ensure compliance with lab/cGMP standards (CHP/USP/EP).
  • ​​Lead method development/validation/transfer and prepare regulatory submissions.
  • ​​Collaborate with R&D & manufacturing to solve analytical & drug development challenges.
  • Oversee HPLC/CE/MS work, mentor staff, manage lab operations/budgets, implement 5S.
  • PhD (15+ yrs)
  • 10+ yrs in HPLC/CE/MS, team leadership.
  • Experience in mAb/recombinant protein/ADC analysis preferred.
  • Strong communication, overseas project experience, fluent English.
