Leads daily operations, drives team performance, and coaches members to achieve targets and improve skills. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Coaching for performance and behavior. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Leader in the BPO Industry Excellent Communication and Leadership skills. Can Manage Retention and Attrition Can drive and meet account specific KPI's Preferably with Healthcare account experience
