Preceptor Team Lead (Healthcare) - Onsite Cebu

ROLE: PRECEPTOR Key Responsibilities 1. Knowledge Transfer & SOP Development Lead structured knowledge transfer sessions covering patient intake, scheduling, care coordination, and support workflows Document detailed SOPs for: Patient intake and onboarding Scheduling of skilled nursing and therapy visits Insurance verification and documentation workflows Patient communication and follow-ups Translate clinical and administrative processes into clear, scalable documentation (SOPs, workflows, job aids) Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA-aligned processes where applicable) Workflow Validation & Clinical Alignment Partner directly with the program's stakeholders to validate workflows and ensure alignment with real-world care delivery Conduct process walkthroughs for: Accuracy of patient data handling Scheduling logic and care coordination Escalation protocols for clinical vs non-clinical concerns Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in workflows Recommend improvements while preserving patient care quality and compliance Training & Scalable Operations Buildout Act as the primary trainer and SME for all new hires supporting the program Develop structured training programs based on validated SOPs (including healthcare-specific scenarios) Lead onboarding, nesting, and certification of agents supporting: - Patient support -Scheduling -Administrative healthcare processes -Ensure consistency in service delivery as the team scales -Maintain ongoing support as SME for escalations and continuous improvement Qualifications 3–6+ years experience in Healthcare operations, home health, or care coordination OR BPO operations supporting healthcare clients Proven experience in knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and process documentation Experience working with US healthcare clients or environments Strong communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing collaboration Familiarity with: Patient scheduling workflows EMR/EHR systems (preferred) Insurance verification processes
