The role involves developing content calendars, publishing posts, monitoring trends, interacting with audiences, and analyzing performance to drive growth in followers, reach, and engagement. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and is capable of working independently in a remote setup using tools like Canva, CapCut, and social media management platforms. Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly content calendars Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions Schedule and publish content across platforms Respond to comments and messages promptly Monitor trends and suggest viral content ideas Track performance metrics and prepare reports Collaborate with the marketing/design team Help grow followers, reach, and engagement Qualifications At least 1–2 years experience in social media management Strong portfolio or sample work Excellent English communication skills Creative, organized, and self-motivated Able to work independently in a remote setup Reliable internet connection and own equipment Preferred Tools Canva CapCut Meta Business Suite Buffer / Hootsuite Google Workspace ChatGPT or AI content tools
