Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BPO Team Leader to manage and develop a team of customer service/sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding performance targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Experience in the travel or sales account is a plus. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day team activities, including task delegation and performance monitoring. Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and behavior. Develop and implement strategies to achieve team and organizational goals. Conduct training and development programs for team members. Monitor and report on team performance metrics. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage retention and attrition, and drive KPIs.
