Job Responsibility 1 Entire shift control and man power management of Production departments. 2 Work arrangement according to Production Plan management 3 Discuss with the manager for daily & monthly production planning. 4 Finish product Packing handling and management. 5 Efficient Man Power Planning & Handling – Shift planning, Shift Handover 6 Utility Management like cooling, chilling, Boiler, RO, Softener etc. 7 Waste management By Product management 8 Measurement od efficiency for all equipment 9 Operation control of Reactor, Centrifuge, Sparkler filter, Leaf filter, Nutch Filter 10 Raw Material consumption, Fuel Consumption, Electricity Consumption report. 11 BMR, Log sheet, Log Book Control 12 SOP Compliance 13 Training to the Executive, Shift in charge, Operator and helper 14 Cleaning record of equipment 15 Housekeeping in the production department 16 Material management like RM, PM, In process and Finish Product. 17 Handling Shift operation and maintenance related activity during the production. 18 Maintain & follow up procedures, rules & regulations 19 Product change over, line clearance record 20 Handling of Deviation, Incident and non-conformity of product.
