Senior Executive /Asst Manager ADL/AC

• Role & responsibilities
• Develop and validate analytical methods using instruments such as

HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and Wet Chemistry

• .
• Perform method transfer to QC and production units.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Prepare and review analytical documents including

STPs, Specifications, COAs, and Validation Protocols/Reports

.

Handle

• OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviation investigations
• .
• Support R&D for process development and scale-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with
• GLP, ISO, and safety guidelines
• .
• Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and Regulatory.
• Maintain proper documentation and data integrity as per company standards.
• Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

. (Chemistry) / / (Chemical) or equivalent

Experience

812 years of experience in Analytical Development in

Chemical / Pharma / Specialty Chemical Industry

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (

HPLC, GC, UV, IR

)

• Experience in method development and validation
• Good understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
