Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring safety compliance, controlling schedules and budgets, and delivering high-quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations across assigned project sites
  • Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance and site safety protocols)
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design and execution issues
  • Review construction schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
  • Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries to site
  • Identify and mitigate construction risks and delays
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 7+ years of construction management experience (industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and large job sites

Preferred

  • OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent safety training)
  • PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification
  • Experience in energy, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects in Texas
  • Familiarity with Primavera, Procore, or similar construction management software
