Job Summary

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Construction Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing activities for construction projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction procurement and can confidently negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services
Request, review, and compare quotes from multiple vendors
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
Ensure timely procurement to support project schedules
Monitor market trends and pricing for construction materials
Collaborate with project managers and internal teams

Qualifications

Proven background in construction and procurement
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive deals
Experience handling multiple supplier quotes and vendor comparisons
Fully knowledgeable in procurement processes and construction materials
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
