Market development and client engagement Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurity Lead a team of technical professionals Represent BBA at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our expertise Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Ontario Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors Technical leadership and project delivery Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF and IEC 62443) Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments Provide strategic advice on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects
