Work with clients, project managers, engineers, designers and drafters to prepare deliverables under BBA and client standards Establish client needs, prepare or review reports, estimates, specifications, quotations and proposals Independently or with others, perform electrical studies such as power flow, short circuit, protection, arc flash, grounding, EMF, and NERC PRC and MOD compliance Develop and implement work methods to carry out project work Lead, supervise, train and mentor junior engineers during project execution Perform site inspections, testing and commissioning at client sites Create project scopes for services, budgets and schedules Plan and monitor work assignments and costs Communicate with the client on active and future projects
