Advisor for Design and Organizational Effectiveness

Your future role on our team Join BBA’s Leadership, Change and Culture team and play a central role in strengthening leadership capability, team effectiveness and organizational performance. As an Advisor, Design and Organizational Effectiveness, you’ll combine human-centered design, facilitation skills and organizational effectiveness practices to help leaders and teams navigate complexity, align around priorities and achieve meaningful results. Working alongside consultants and senior leaders, you’ll design leadership development experiences, facilitate strategic conversations, conduct organizational assessments, and translate insight into action. You’ll also help create scalable learning solutions, innovative tools and practical interventions that improve leadership effectiveness and organizational capability.
