Junior Biologist / Junior Environmental Professional

Your future role on our team As a junior biologist or junior environmental professional, you’ll help with environmental project delivery in sectors such as energy, mining, infrastructure, commercial and private development. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of experienced professionals, you’ll support biophysical characterization, environmental impact studies and environmental permit applications. (Approx. 50% fieldwork and 50% office work) Support project managers in preparing and executing mandates Participate in environmental impact assessments and related studies Assist with field surveys (flora, fauna, aquatic environments, soil and ecosystems) Contribute to environmental permit and authorization applications Help develop methodologies and sampling plans Compile, enter and validate environmental data Help draft technical reports (inventories, baseline studies, environmental assessments) Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
