About The Role
The Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship (BCCCC) is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Corporate Sponsorships to join our agile, entrepreneurial team. Housed within the prestigious Carroll School of Management, the Center has been a pioneer leading the way in corporate citizenship for over 40 years. We partner with Fortune 1000 companies to help them align their CSR, sustainability, and ESG reporting efforts with their business goals. In this role, you will not just sell sponsorships—you will architect high-value, multi-year partnerships. Managing a portfolio aimed at generating over $1.5M in annual revenue, you will engage directly with ESG leaders, positioning the Center’s world-class research, conferences, and executive education as essential mechanisms for corporate reputation and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities * Value-Driven Revenue Growth: Lead strategic initiatives to meet and exceed our $1M+ annual sponsorship goals for our flagship conference by demonstrating how BCCCC platforms elevate a brand's purpose and ESG commitment. * Consultative Executive Education Solutions: Build a robust portfolio of corporate clients by diagnosing the talent and capability gaps within member companies, mapping those needs to our world-class executive education programs. * Relationship Stewardship: Deepen engagement within our existing member network, positioning the Center as a trusted, long-term strategic ally in their corporate citizenship journeys. Core Competencies * Strategic Relationship Builder: A proven track record of cultivating and securing high-value, six-figure corporate partnerships or institutional commitments rooted in shared strategic goals. * The Fortune 1000 Liaison: Fluent in the language of corporate strategy, sustainability, and executive leadership. You excel at establishing immediate credibility, demonstrating that impactful corporate citizenship is a competitive advantage. * Value Proposition Architect: An innate ability to look beyond off-the-shelf offerings to customize complex, solution-oriented packages—whether custom educational frameworks or premier conference alignments—that solve real business problems. * Ambassador of Academic Center Excellence: Capable of representing the prestige, mission, and reputation of Boston College with exceptional poise, professionalism, and ethical alignment. Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $72,450 to $90,550; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
