Project Coordinator Pelican Cabinets & Remodeling Location: Irvine, CA Pay: $900–$1,300 per week About the Role Pelican Cabinets & Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our remodeling and cabinetry projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects stay on track. Responsibilities Coordinate residential remodeling and cabinetry projects from start to finish. Schedule installations and communicate with customers, vendors, and installers. Track project timelines, materials, and deliveries. Maintain accurate project documentation and job records. Assist with estimating, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed. Ensure excellent customer service throughout each project. Qualifications Previous project coordination, construction, or remodeling experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
