About the Opportunity

• Beech Valley is hiring an experienced
• Accounting Manager-level consultant
• to support a
• multi-site healthcare organization

with

• operational accounting and month-end close
• . This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive a clean, timely close across multiple locations and workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead/support the

• month-end close
• process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

Drive operational accounting tasks including

• Account reconciliations and variance/flux explanations
• Journal entry preparation/review
• Balance sheet and income statement review support
• Partner with internal stakeholders to keep close activities moving across
• multiple sites
• Identify bottlenecks and improve close efficiency through documentation, checklists, and process clean-up
• Provide clear status updates and communicate risks/issues early

What We’re Looking For

• Manager-level accounting experience
• (either public accounting + industry or strong industry track)
• Proven experience in
• multi-site healthcare
• (highly preferred)

Strong

• operational accounting / month-end close
• background
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Advanced Excel skills; experience working across multiple entities/locations is a plus
