KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Shouldbestronginrelationbuildingwithkey stakeholders 2. Framestrategiestoincreaseshareofwalletfromassignedsubsegmentsacross geographies. 3. Designengagementprogramsforstrategicaccountsinvolvingdifferentstakeholders internally. 4. Creatingmarqueeprojectsforthesegmentandmotivatingtheothermembersindrivingtocreateuniquecasestudieswiththecompleted projects – including customer testimonials etc. 5. Forecastingfromthefunnelconversiontoimproveonthedeliverytimelinestosupportcustomer requirements 6. EnsuringaccurateforecastandnoadditioninFG stocks 7. Shouldbeverystronginmappingofeachsegment/sub-segmenttoensurereach/extraction&buildingstrongfunnelpipelinetosupport rolling forecast in revenue generation for the segment assigned. 8. TogetengageselfindrivingthesignaturerangeofproductsinBELlightingproductportfoliotocreateedgeover competition. 9. FormulatecorestrategiesfromHPLS(HighPotentialLowShare)subsegmentsanddriveitforalltypesofindustriesandindoorLighting segment. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS B.E/ BTech (Electrical) or MBA/ PGDM (Marketing) WORK EXPERIENCE • 8-12yearsofexperienceinanyindustryhandlingelectricalequipment(Mostpreferable–lighting, switchgear / cable / LT panel will be added advantage) • Atleast3yearsofexperienceinKeyAccountroleinthesegmentwithexperienceinhandling team/ complex projects. CERTIFICATIONS NA PREFERRED/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT • Shouldbephysicallyfittotravelwithinassignedterritory•Shouldhavegoodmarket feedback REPORTEES - INTERNAL / EXTERNAL INTERFACE NA
