Little Bruins Preschool - Lead Teacher

Position purpose: The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and spiritually enriching learning environment for young children. In addition to providing academic, social, and emotional development, the Lead Teacher will integrate faith-based principles into the curriculum, helping children grow in their understanding of Christian values and teachings. Essential Functions: •Planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate and faith-centered curriculum. •Overseeing classroom management, and guiding support staff. •Foster a love for learning while nurturing children's spiritual growth. •Maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers to support children’s development at home and in the classroom. •Collaboration with staff members, commitment to professional development, and dedication to a Christ-centered approach to education are key to this role. •This position reports to the Director of The Little Bruins Preschool.
