What You’ll Do: ✔ Global Compensation Program Design – develop program designs across regions that align with business goals objectives. ✔ Lead Market Analysis Competitive Benchmarking – ensure our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry ✔ Lead Year-End Compensation Processes – ensuring merit and bonus guidelines are followed and implemented ✔ Drive Pay Equity Compliance – implement tools and initiatives to ensure fair, equitable pay. Summarize findings for leadership and lead compliance oversight. ✔ Partner with Finance team - partner on incentive calculation, annual budgets and accrual reporting ✔ Provide Insights Reporting – Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership. What You Bring: 🔹 7+ years of compensation experience , with a focus on global programs. Deep expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking, and design 🔹 Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel reporting skills . 🔹 Ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights. 🔹 Experience collaborating across multiple geographies. 🔹 CCP certification experience with Cornerstone are a plus!
