About The Role

  • 1，评估封装结构的可行性，进行封装结构设计，负责和客户的设计方案沟通。
  • 2，负责封装基板，光罩，钢网等治具layout。
  • 3， 参与封装design rule的维护与更新，定期与基板/光罩厂沟通讨论新技术发展。
  1. 参与公司新工艺新技术的研发工作。
  • 1、本科以上学历，电子/微电子/计算机等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；
  • 2、熟练使用AutoCAD、Cadence SiP等封装设计软件，熟悉先进封装设计流程及规则、能够完成SiP相关仿真工作；
  • 3、熟悉芯片封装工艺和基板设计流程，有WLP、Bumping、FC-BGA、POP、SiP等先进封装设计经验；
  • 4、有微系统封装设计者优先；
  • 5、具有良好的沟通能力和责任心，以及团队合作意识
