About The Role
- 1.新设备评估导入, 安装调试：Grinder/Mount/Trim, Reflow
- 2.完成设备团队所需要的系统搭建
- 3.完成EE, Tech的培训
- 4.完成日常设备维护保养工作，备品备件管理以及指导trouble shoot
- 1.本科及以上学历
- 2.半导体封装行业5年以上从业经验
- 3.精通AB1站位研磨，贴膜，切割，回流焊等设备专业知识
- 4.具备良好的设备维护保养及管理经验
