About The Role
- 工作职责：
- 1.完成模块设计文档的输出、RTL的实现及并和验证人员一起完成功能收敛；
- 2.完成模块所有Quality和Checklist的检查；
- 3.参与模块的FPGA原型验证及芯片回片调试；
- 任职资格：
- 具有3年主控芯片中后端业务模块的设计经验(包括ECC/Scramble设计等)；
- 熟悉NAND Flash接口时序和介质特性；
- 对数字IC设计理解深刻并精通Verilog，具备较好的Coding能力。
