As part of the Compensation & Benefit Operations team, you’ll apply the same standard of excellence to people processes — handling payroll, benefits, and tax administration with accuracy, compliance, and care. Your work ensures that every Bliblioneer receives timely, accurate compensation so they can focus on serving our customers with confidence. What We’ll Work on Together Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on schedule. Administer employee compensation, benefits, BPJS, and income-tax (PPh21). Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Maintain and update employee payroll data and documentation. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and related teams to resolve payroll issues. Support process and system improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency. What You'll Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (min. GPA 3.00). Must have : 2–3 years’ experience in end to end payroll including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan (E-Dabu), and PPh21 tax (Coretax). Strong understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, and relevant regulations. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
