What You’ll Do Working closely with hiring managers and HCBP in identifying the talent qualification needs to be aligned with the business, TA strategy, and department structure Provide insight, recommendation and hiring strategy to hiring managers Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche and critical areas to support the future and current needs of the business In charge of end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from gathering requirement, sourcing, interviews up to candidate on boarding Identify potential candidate and asses their qualifications through review of resume, interviews, and any other form of assessment and communication to best suit open position Requirements: Bachelor/Master's Degree in Psychology or related field from reputable University (with GPA min 3.0) Minimum 4 years of working experience in recruitment. Experienced in handling team is a plus Experienced in the full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing, user management, and interviewing to offering stage Excellent interpersonal skill, independent, agile and able to work under pressure Excellent negotiation and advisory skill We believe that growth happens when people feel safe to explore, contribute, and innovate together.
