As Head of Human Capital Business Partner , you will lead and develop a team of HC Business Partner Team Member who support multiple business functions across Blibli. This role is central to ensuring that our people strategies are aligned with organizational goals, driving workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness across the company. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that every HR initiative delivers measurable impact on performance, engagement, and growth. What You’ll Work on Together Lead and mentor the HC Business Partner team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality support across all business functions. Partner with senior leadership across divisions (Technology, Operations, Commercial, Corporate, etc.) to align people and organizational strategies with business priorities. Drive enterprise-wide organization design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. Provide strategic guidance to leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and performance optimization. Champion engagement, development, and retention programs across all functions. Ensure HR policies and processes foster agility, innovation, and compliance across the organization. Lead change management and organizational development initiatives across the company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Human Capital roles, including at least 4 years in leadership positions. Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, and talent management across multiple functions. Strong understanding of diverse business functions (technology, operations, commercial, corporate). Excellent leadership, consulting, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
