Blibli Private Label (BPL) is part of Blibli Group — a subsidiary company operating in the private label industry. We design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that reflect Blibli’s standards of trust, innovation, and care. Here, you’ll turn market insights into products customers love, working closely with teams across merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to grow Blibli’s own brand portfolio nationwide. As Key Account Executive , you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customer outlets, driving product sales, and expanding market coverage for the private label business unit. This role ensures strong sales execution, monitors market and competitor conditions, and supports the performance of the SMD/sales team to achieve targeted results. What You'll work on: Conduct regular visits to existing customer outlets to maintain relationships and drive sales. Encourage customer outlets to purchase and increase sell-in volume of company products. Identify and acquire new customer outlets (coverage expansion). Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor activity in assigned outlets and regions. Identify potential opportunities for expansion into new areas. Oversee SMD team performance, daily operations, sales settlement, and reporting. Set measurable daily/weekly/monthly targets for salesmen. Analyze and diagnose sales activities vs. plan; coach salesmen to improve capability and execution. Provide comprehensive reporting on performance, field monitoring, and market insights. Carry out authorization functions as regulated in the company’s Authorization Level document. Supervise all sales area activities to ensure alignment with operational procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or field operations (FMCG or retail preferred). Strong understanding of sales processes, outlet management, and route-to-market execution. Experience working with field teams (SMD/salesmen) is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions, sales performance, and competitor activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy. Ability to work in the field and manage multiple outlets/areas effectively. High integrity and adherence to standard operating procedures and authorization rules.
